What We Did

Scams are evolving, and awareness is the best defense. We were entrusted with the mission to educate Malaysians on financial scams—and to do it in a way that was impactful, engaging, and far-reaching.

The result? A nationwide campaign that took learning to the streets—from pop-up kiosks in hypermarkets to universities, mosques, and high-traffic spaces—making #JanganKenaScam a movement Malaysians could connect with.

The Challenge

The task wasn’t small. We needed to take an important (and serious) message and deliver it creatively to a diverse audience. The campaign had to resonate with Malaysians across different age groups and locations while remaining fun, practical, and memorable.

Pop-Up Experiences That Educate & Engage:
We designed experiential #JanganKenaScam booths that turned learning into a hands-on activity. Malaysians engaged with interactive games, live demonstrations, and immersive visuals, making financial scam awareness practical, relatable, and fun.

Nationwide Rollout with Precision:
From bustling hypermarkets to suburban mosques, we executed a seamless rollout of pop-up kiosks and roadshows. Each booth was consistent, visually compelling, and tailored to maximize engagement, no matter the venue.

Tech Meets Education:
To amplify the experience, we developed an event app that gamified anti-scam learning. Interactive activities and integrated brand activations made sure every visitor left informed and equipped to stay one step ahead of scammers.
